1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Eria Clothing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use this site or place an order.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Delivery Area
At this time, Eria Clothing only ships within Metro Manila. Orders with a shipping address outside this area cannot currently be fulfilled — please contact us at [email protected] if you'd like to be notified when we expand coverage.
4. Limited Stock
Each release is produced in limited quantities. Availability shown at checkout is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed — in rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will notify you and offer a substitute item or a full refund.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept GCash, Maya, and Cash on Delivery (COD). GCash and Maya payments are confirmed manually — your order is marked as pending until we verify your payment reference, usually within a few hours. COD orders are payable in exact cash upon delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, photography, and content on this site belong to Eria Clothing and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eria Clothing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
