When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order history. If you pay via GCash or Maya, we also collect the payment reference number and, if you choose to upload one, a screenshot of your payment confirmation.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, verify manual payments, send order confirmation and status update emails, and respond to your questions or support requests. We don't use your data for anything beyond running your order and this store.
3. Payment Verification Data
Because GCash and Maya payments are confirmed manually, the reference number and any screenshot you provide are stored with your order so we can verify payment. This information is only used for that purpose and is kept only as long as needed for order and financial record-keeping.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share the minimum information necessary with service providers who help us run the store — for example, our email provider (to send order notifications) and, when applicable, couriers (to deliver your order).

We keep order and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.
